Privacy policy

What data we receive, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Academia MG is a football academy in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to info@academiamg.com.

What data we receive

What you send us: your name, your email and what you write in the contact form; the messages and comments you leave us on Instagram or Facebook, together with your username and your public profile information; and the details you fill in when you register for an activity. Also, if you accept measurement, anonymous usage data from the website, such as the pages visited.

What we use it for

To reply to you, organise registrations and activities, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties.

Instagram and Facebook messages

When you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive the message through Meta’s official tools. We use it only to reply to you and to organise the enquiries we receive. Those messages are also subject to Meta’s privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to operate: the server that hosts the website, the email service, Meta for messages on its platforms, Google Analytics to measure visits and the payment platform when you register. Each one handles it under its own policy.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to reply to you or for the activity you registered for, and as long as the law requires.

Your rights and how to delete your data

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, including the messages you sent us on Instagram or Facebook, by writing to info@academiamg.com. We reply within 10 business days. You may also file a complaint with Argentina’s Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the authority under Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

Minors

Many of our activities are for children. We receive a minor’s data from their parent or guardian, who registers them and is the person we communicate with.
